Tulio’s Tacos & Tequila: Wilton Manors’ Hottest New Spot

I have almost reached my limit of how often I can eat Italian Food in South Florida. On his night, we went out for Mexican Food at Tulio’s Taco and Tequila Bar in Wilton Manors. Before we headed over to Tuilio’s, we checked online to see what the wait would be. While it showed no wait time at all, we found out that there was a 20 minute wait time in person. Some online features still have room for improvement.

Tulio’s had a great vibe. I don’t know when the whole concept of vibe took off but it is here to stay and Tulio’s definitely has it.

We started with the Nachos and the Chicken Wings. We were disappointed in the nachos but the chicken wings made up for them. They were so delicious. We could have ended our meal there and we would have been happy.

But we soldiered on by ordering a chicken quesadilla and blackened grouper.

Both were really good. The star of our entrees was the grouper. They really nailed the blackened cooking without becoming too spicy. The cheese filled pepper was also delicious. We were so stuffed that we could not even look at the desserts which may be a first for us. I was eyeing the chocolate filled churros since chocolate is a weakness of mine. But I was content where I was.

Our overall take is that Tulio’s Taco and Tequila Bar is a major addition to the dining scene in Wilton Manors. We will definitely add this to our list of quality Mexican Restaurants. We recommend that you visit and enjoy the food and drinks!
