The European Commission is reversing, at least temporarily, its rules on the amount of liquids you could have in your carry-on luggage.  Starting September 1st, travelers are restricted to 100 ml of liquids for carry-ons.  As an American, it is helpful to know that 100 ml corresponds to our 3.4-ounce rule that we have here.
