For a change in pace, we headed over to the Blue Dog in Town Center in Boca Raton. It had a great casual environment that claims to be like a New York dining experience. I do not know about that. But it was a nicely decorated restaurant. The highlight of our dining experience was this woman who danced throughout the restaurant while carrying fire batons. This was very exciting
For dinner, we started with the Rustic Meatballs, the Margherita Pizza and the Butternut Squash Fries. We then followed it up with the Crab Cake Sliders.
The bad outweighed the good. The Butternut Squash Fries was so deep fried that it could have been anything. The pizza was like a cracker with cheese. Add the fried crab cake to see if we could over cook anything else. The only good think we had was the meatball.
If we were to go again which is a really big question mark now, I would order drinks and enjoy the entertainment. Skip the food which this restaurant does not excel at!!
