Chase Sapphire Club -- A Must Visit Destination

I try not to write about the same place twice but I feel obligated to highlight the service that I received at the Chase Sapphire Club at JFK in NYC. As quick background, I have access to the Chase Sapphire, AMEX Centurion and Delta Sky Clubs. I had always thought that the Delta Sky Club and the Chase Sapphire Club were clearly superior to the AMEX Centurion Club.

After my latest visit, I have to vote that the Chase Sapphire Club is the clear winner of the clubs at JFK. What separates the Chase Sapphire Club is the customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests get the best service. It is also a great perk to get the freshly made gelato when you enter. I could have been in heaven with that.

The challenge all of these clubs have is how to treat all the people that come through their doors. Delta has just become too overwhelmed and they make you feel like a number and it has not been a great experience. While the Chase Sapphire Club is dealing with the rising guests, they make a concerted effort to make you feel welcomed. It is such a nice change that I would have been remised not to share it. Chase Sapphire really took the time and effort to learn about customer service and then live by those words.

How many times do companies spout out that they are focused on customer service but what they mean is focus on profits at the expense of their customers. I have to applaud one of the largest banks in the USA for their customer service!!

Next time you are at JFK visit the Chase Sapphire Club. If you do not have a Chase Sapphire Credit Card, which is required to get in, get one straight away!!
